This is what the Lee Muscles Training app keeps about you, why, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted. Questions go to info@leemuscles.co.uk.
Lee Muscles, the personal training business, is responsible for your information. Only you and Lee, your coach, can see what you put in the app. Other clients can't, and the database itself enforces that, not just the screens.
To coach you: so Lee can set your programme and food, see how you're getting on, and keep you safe. Your health answers are only used for that, and only because you chose to give them. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.
The app uses a few services to run. They only use your information for their part:
If you would like to know which companies these are, ask Lee and he will tell you.
For as long as you have an account. When you delete it, everything goes, with one exception: your signed agreement and any cancellation are kept, with your name and email, as Lee's business record for refunds, disputes and his accounts. Those are kept for six years, then deleted.
In the app: More, Settings, Delete my account. It happens straight away. If you can't get into the app, email info@leemuscles.co.uk from the address you signed up with and Lee will delete it for you within 30 days. More about deleting your account.
You can ask for a copy of what's kept about you, ask for anything wrong to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@leemuscles.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how your information is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
